Which countries or regions can receive direct service support from Neotel?
Neotel currently has direct service offices in China (Shanghai HQ), Malaysia (Penang office), and Germany. Customers in these regions can contact the local Neotel team directly for service communication, technical coordination, and follow-up support. We are continuously expanding our global service network to cover more regions in the future.
How can I get technical support if there is no Neotel office in my country?
We recommend first contacting the local service partner in your area, who can provide Level-1 initial support and on-site coordination. If the issue requires further analysis or escalation, Neotel will step in as the Level-2 technical support team, assisting through remote support and technical analysis. You can also email info@neotel.tech directly to submit a service request.
What does Neotel’s remote technical support include?
It includes remote diagnostics, system configuration, software updates, troubleshooting, and more. Our engineers can connect to your equipment in real time using professional remote assistance tools for online diagnosis and rapid issue resolution. What is the general process when an overseas equipment issue occurs?
Following our standard process: Issue Submission → Level-1 Initial Support → Technical Escalation → Collaborative Closure. Customers can submit issues through Neotel offices, local service partners, email, or the online ticket system. The local partner performs initial troubleshooting, and if further analysis is needed, the issue is escalated to the Neotel Level-2 support team. All parties collaborate until the issue is fully resolved.
How do I submit an overseas service request?
You can submit a service request in several ways: contact the nearest Neotel office directly, reach out through your local service partner, send an email to info@neotel.tech, call the hotline at +86 400-088-1622, or submit a request through the online ticket system on our website. All overseas service inquiries are coordinated by the Neotel team.
